worked today!
and i have got FOUR jokes to share
was almost late for work today
due to the not so good rest ytd,i overslept!
reached gv at 9.59am when i start work at 10am
met sharon on the train =)
one staff on MC for gc today
that left with 3 for opening, one for one station
and i was the only server
was in fact quite turned off when i knew jaslyn was on mc
not because of wad but the thought of i have to lay all the blankets
ALONE in the cinemas make me feel eeerieeee!
was soo scared lar!
was telling yixia to take note of the walkie talkie before leaving for the cinemas to lay blankies!
crowd today was crazy and busy BUT managable somehow
thou it was tiring as first session till bout the third there was only 2 servers
and out of the 12 sessions for the entire of today
sharon yixia hafiz weiting and i covered 9 sessions
TIRING ar!!
full shift for me today 10am-7.15pm!
so many things to clear for cinemas that we actually used the big trolley to collect the plates and the glasses
wayne was telling me he somehow have the phobia of working on sundays ever since that day we worked today on fathers' day!
that day was total madness!
okie and now the jokes of the day
joke 1:took place in the first session for today
i was standing at the bar counter while yixia and hafiz was inside the bar
and yixia was preparing a softdrink while i was about to send two other drinks
and when i was bout to leave, hafiz called me
so i turned and asked why
and it went like this
hafiz: you still have got a cokelight to send tgt
me: go downstairs and take lar
hafiz: HUH go down for wad and take wad?
me: you want BOOKLIGHT wad, then go office and take lar
hafiz: *stunned* no lar, i say you still have got a COKELIGHT not i want BOOKLIGHT
me: *maluated* and started laughing
yixia was laughing non-stop
joke 2:took place at EUROPA
went to europa to help with hafiz after GC cleared our morning sessions
chris was already there helping
he was popping popcorn
i helped with the cooking of jumbo and cheesy
and hafiz did topping up
and after the session went in, chris stopped popping popcorn
and he went..
chris: hafiz, get me some water
hafiz: NO PROBLEM *and went to the back*
i went back in as well to keep the jumbo
and was surprised to see wad hafiz did and chris came in after that cos hafiz took too long to take the water
me: hafiz wad are u doing?!
hafiz: take water lar, chris wanted it wad
me: ya, but why are u using a PAIL?!
hafiz: then use wad?
me: he wants water to be poured into the popper, how to use pail
chris: *came in and was stunned*
we all looked at each other and started laughing
this is my first time seeing someone using a pail to contain water that has to be poured into the popper
hafiz: he also didnt say he wants for popper
chris: i thought you know
hafiz: sorry ar, gold class no popper for me to pour water into
me: speechless
joke 3:took place in the cinema
weiting and sharon went into the cinema to serve wine to the patrons
as they asked for 5 glasses
they went in and somehow in the midst of serving
sharon lost balance and fell
the moment they came out of the cinema
before they reached the bar
weiting went 'eh.. people SHARON FELL DOWN!'
and we all started laughing
and weiting told everyone she sees after that and she demo-ed how she fell
joke 4:sharon have got a teddy bear with her today
and the moment we ended work and was bout to leave for dinner
she took it out from her bag and carried it and was playing with it
as we walked to white dog cafe and half way thru we stopped by secret receipe
then to mussels guys to see wad to have for dinner
and outside mussels guys
yongxin went 'sharon, wad happened to your bear?'
sharon: wad happened? and she took a look
me: oh no
sharon: crap, where is the pants!
sharon was frantically looking for her bear's lost pants
and she found it outside secret receipe
yongxin and i was sooo paiseh
cos ppl was looking!
thats bout all
am tired.
school tmr once agn.
