here i am to update again!
feeling real tired now
probably due to the lack of good sleep
been sleeping at 11plus lately but yet have the habit of waking up in the middle!
bad start of the day due to some unexpected scares
met up with billy kel may and justin as usual
took 195 today and i guess it was pretty bad
the bus was soo packed that the five of us were standing at the door
i already had pretty hard time balancing due to my high heels
today was worst, the bus uncle was a reckless driver
he made a big turn without noticing a motorist beside the bus
he knocked the motorist down and yes the sudden brake caused us all to lose balance
and i hit my wrist against the metal bar
uncle got down the bus to check on the motorist and so on
came back after 10mins or so and continued the journey
soon later, a second sudden brake came and we all fell
this was worst than the first, i slipped and fell off the steps and hit the metal bar again!
thank god kel was behind me to help and billy helped me as well! opps
it was really a bad scare for all of us!
work today was pretty okie
first half of the day was quite busy and taxing
moved over to sit beside annie
felt really like her PA for a moment
did many updates for her on the sharepoint's T-DOC
something that is critical!
lunch was between three musketeers
justin daphne xueli were busy preparing for their demo
while billy was busy with his TDs
so left w may kel and i
had a quick lunch and went up to level 8 to look for them! =)
work after lunch was pretty easy
more updating for me
lili and sher li came and asked for some documents and blah blah
i felt that i am like a walking directory for annie now
each time she needs a project member detail or contact..
she will just turn and goes 'yanqi whats xxx's number?'
even now that people goes to her for documents she will direct them to me!
now that she will be on holiday from tmr to sunday
she safe-kept her thumbdrive with me
she also hand over me the job that terry wants her to do!
so i will be occupied with her job on friday when she is not around!
sis sent me a message at 5pm
asking me to fetch my princess veritas from school
so i headed down to funan
the maid and baby venetta was there
so yes, fetched all of them back home
it was tough bringing two kids home even with the maid around
i had to carry venetta and hold on to veritas!
it was a hard time esp i was on heels!
settled them and went home
i am having my uncle tobys for dinner =)
am having some shoulder problem since this afternoon
its been aching and now its painful!
i am getting old! haha

just got home from nyp
its been a whole 2 months i last stepped into school
and sad to say, i got lost finding my way to the meeting place
attended the beijing trip meeting
many updates and pretty shocking ones
i have no idea if its a blessing or not
but i guess i prefer it this way
for the least i dont have to stay away for so long
for the least i get to see you sooner, i hope
due to the olympics in aug
the new visa ruling came out
visa passes are not allowed to be more than 30 days
and it cant be over 1st july
in other words, the original plan of FYP from 25th may to 4 july is ruined
and hence
the new duration for the plan is once again being shortened
it was from 8 weeks to 6 weeks and now a pathetic 29days
we cut short the trip from 41days to 29days!
will be leaving two days earlier and coming back earlier as well
final trip dates will be 23rd may to 20june!
pretty sad to know i am flying off on the 23rd
thats the last day of IPP for the rest
wanted to meet up with them on their last day but guess i cant
i am so gg to miss them so much
having to leave them one week earlier is bad enough and now it got worst
okie
i guess thats all for now
i am feeling so tired
its more than 12 hours since i last slept! =(

start of week 9!
3 weeks left for IPP
and i am hoping days wont pass so quickly!
lunch was pretty good
full of crap as well
and yes
i am still in office
supposed to knock off but yet got to wait for my TA members
have to go for TA team dinner tonight at holland!
4 day work week this week
but might be gg back to gv on PH!
its been so long
caught a movie ytd
pretty good movie with great company! =)
4 days more and my family will be off to genting
leaving me with the maid!
will be staying at sis's place for the weekend!
i am dreading tmr!
got to head back to nyp for beijing trip's meeting
i am looking forward to go back to school but not at night!

yay!
its the weekends!
work was great ytd
cos its the end of the week!
breakfast with may billy kel at mac
lunch was crazy crazy
with praveen and justin around, its a good time for laughs
and i think the more i am w may now, the crazier we get
we practically laugh at anything we see! opps
the guys cant really stand us!
did a dumb thing ytd
was doing my report during work
and managed to complete it but yet i closed the report without saving!
i almost went nuts after tt
kel and gordon simply cant stop laughing at my stupidity! =(
headed out with billy after work
went for dinner at plaza sing
and yes i saw my loves!
bumped into karen and march!
its been so long i last saw them!
after dinner, we headed down to cathay and caught a movie
and yes bumped into them there once again
they were heading for b&j's!
my chinatown pal will tell me she changed her phone again!
that wasnt surprising given she is karen ting!
headed home after movie
it was a great time spent! =)
gastric been attacking these few days again
went to get new medicine this morning!
hope this new dosage will help!
oh yes
and its saturday today..
means manicure day! opps
got my nails done once again! =)
i am a happy happy girl now!

i'm home from work!
work today was pretty good
still slacking around but managed to help annie w some stuff
lunched in the pantry today
it was fun!
except the fact that justin wasnt there
but im sure tmr will be a crazy one!
did something illegal at work today
i actually went to burn the psp games out from the shared data folders
for myself, billy, may and kel!

noone is at home!
and i am like watching mr bean!
it really funny!
the things he does is really something a normal person wont do!

and i found my meanie2 but he doesnt want to acknowledge it!

air con in the office is finally up and running!
but i am still bored!
there is still nothing i have on hand
OIC still hasnt get back to me on what i can do for him or whatsoever
i am rotting away!
we are still working on our reports
it got better somehow
esp our dearest 'journalists' from 'new yoke times' and 'egg yoke times'! haha
may bought lunch for all of us today!
we had nasi lemak! haha
it was pretty nice! =)

enjoyed lunch hour as usual!
headed to funan after work to meet sis and bro-in-law
fetched my princess from her ballet class!
and yes, i saw my baby venetta! =)
it feels good being able to see veritas and venetta!
they are simply adorable!
headed for a casual dinner at subway!
i love their sandwiches! =)
but bro-in-law claimed that it isnt filling!
and he commented that i had a bad choice of where to settle for dinner! =(
what a meanie he is!
i have new collection of games for my psp!
and this time round a whole new collection of 50 games!
guess it will last me for some time!
currently playing puzzle quest =)
pretty interesting game!
and yes
i was the first to reach today!
ever since we started meeting up for breakfast, billy was always the first!
but today, i was earlier than him! haha
nothing great about that but i am happy! =)

HELLOS!
its only the second day of work and i am kind of dreading it
it is like the first time i dread heading to work
ytd was a bad day at work
office's air con was down for the entire day!
the whole place was sooo hot and stuffy
noone could concentrate on their work
everyone was complaining and perspiring at the same time
all were pretty cranky as well!
it was near lunch where gavin said we all could head for an early lunch
and be back when the air con is fixed
or we could work from home
and then after annie chris gordon kel and i headed to canteen
and we bought 80cans of canned drinks for those on level 20 to cool down!
the air con wasnt fixed even after lunch
it got more stuffy after lunch and hence we were told we could end work earlier
it was a nightmare at work!
and what more i have got nothing on hand to do and OIC wasnt at work ytd!
it almost drove me crazy!
dreaded going to work this morning as the air con was still down
the place was still as stuffy and i am still 'job-less'
all the interns (kel billy may justin and i) didnt have much on hand to do
that we just took the time to do our report that we have to submit after IPP
it was a hilarious job indeed
report writing never been this tough to me before
all five of us have no idea how it shld be and we all had our own format
and it all turned out to be wrong!
may and i seriously had a good laugh after reading billy's and justin's
billy can be a potential journalist in future! haha
we exchanged our reports thru our office communicator
making changes as and when
pretty taxing indeed!
oh yes
i would like to thank billy and may for their hardwork!
billy for helping all of us plan out our project plan!
and may for all the nice charts and templates! =)

HELLOS!
its the end of weekend, hope everyone had a good rest
well, i sure did!
managed to get out of the house today
being pulled out my sisters!
if not i will be rotting at home alone
met up with sisters and bro-in-laws
headed to ECP for a nice fishing trip
it was a nice trip there
headed over to big splash
nothing much there, settled in starbucks for a good afternoon coffee break
i still love their green tea frappe! =)
many things shared
many jokes cracked as well
after which, headed to sis's place at hougang for various activities
evening time came, picked mummy and daddy up
headed for dinner
it was a good family dinner together =)
and my dear mr yongxin msged me!
pretty surprsied thou! *opps*
to check out how i am doing!
really appreciate it whenever he does that
dont forget what we planned for ya!! =)

okie
a quick update of what has happened for the past few days
work was pretty fine except for today
beijing trip is finalized
will be flying off on the 25th MAY and back only on 4th JULY!
that seem pretty long, i am begining to miss the place and of course the ppl!
had the Accenture event on tues
it was pretty fun thou we were quite relunctant to go at first
surprised that billy actually stayed thru-out
work was relaxed that day
headed off to the event venue after lunch in the chartered bus
meeting point was at timbre(substation)
it was a pretty place!! =)
company booked the place for the event till night time
was served with food and free flow of drinks ranging from juices to alcohol
after the briefing it was time for 'amazing race'
may billy kel and i were being splitted up into diff groups
it can be really amazing how crazy you can get with ur colleagues
esp when its of diff nationality
in such a big company like this, you wont get a chance to meet everyone
but the event very much solved it all
i love my group! a mixture of ppl from thailand, korea, indonesia and india! =)
but was a lil embarassed with the fact that i am not sure of the route/ landmarks of s'pore
i was the only singaporean in that group! opps
but we all had fun!
esp when the heavy rain came and we still continued the game in our ponchos! haha
everyone was drenched by the time we gathered back again
then it was time to sit and chat till dinner and prize presentation
billy may kel and i left right after the prize presentation
we walked to cityhall mrt and in the midst of it, we managed to catch a glimpse of the fireworks
it was pretty!

today was a little down for all of us
for the fact that the day was not only long but something took place

GOOD MORNING!
had a good 5hours of sleep
woke up at 8am this morning =)
met up with billy for dinner last night
brought him to the japanese food bazaar!
i still like it there! =)
shopped around after dinner
and billy walked me home from cityhall =)

hope the one month there for them will be good!

hey peeps!
its been days since i last left my footprints here!
work been pretty good except for the fact its a MC week for us
monday was a bad day for me
down with gastric flu and hence mc from work
at the same time justin billy and may was on MC too
leaving kel all alone at work!
tues was back to work
but may and justin was still unwell
three of us went to work together
nothing much to talk abt
same routine as usual
yesterday wasnt too good either
justin came back to work but now its kel's turn to MC
he was down with food poisoning and MC for two days
may is still unwell
poor girl!
billy came up to level 20 and worked
as usual, his crappy jokes!
it really made my day! =)
and its thurs today!
long day but pretty fun!
work was mediocre except for the fact billy was there to accompany me
he worked on the macro while i helped annie
good job done mr billy!!
kel and may wasnt here still
but with justin around, lunch is never too dull
thou i am really hoping for a full reunion soon! =)
had a mission from sis to source for nice and classy envelops
so headed to plaza sing w billy after work
but couldnt find any! =(
dinner-ed at thai express, it was soooo filling!
headed to gv for a while
its been real long since i last went for a movie!!!!
left plaza at 8plus
trained back w billy
and he accompanied me to chinatown
and guess what, we actually didnt exit and sat down at the platform!
initially i waited with him for his train but he didnt take and waited again
then subsequently, started some talk and yupp, sat there for more than an hour
its like a 'talking/sharing session'
many things shared, enjoyed the times spent with him thou =)
we have got a deal tmr morning!
shall see whats the outcome!

HELLOS!
the long awaited weekends' ending again
time seemed to be passing real quickly esp when it comes to sat and sun!
thought could get a good good rest over the weekends to make up for the whole week
but still.. many plans!
went down to people's park complex with kelvin on fri
brought him down to the shop where i got my psp
and yes, he managed to get his there too
not too bad a deal
am pretty surprised the boss and one of his staff recognised me
the boss even asked if i am there to shop when we walked passed
come to think of it, kel is the third person i brought down to them
and on top of that, been there a few times to get those accessories!
my next target is the 8gb memory card! haha
spent my day at home on sat
hibernated!
spent only at 3am and woke up at 6am this morning
got ready and head off to meet aunties, uncles grandma.. etc
set off to the cementry at CCK and a few other places to 'sao mu'
eyes could hardly open
but the whole trip was fun! =)
headed down to sis's place at rio vista after that
left for home only at 4pm
wanted to nap but sis called shortly
headed out to shop and then dinner!
i am soooo sleepy now!
oh yes
I FINALLY MANAGED TO PUT VIDEOS IN MY PSP!!
thanks to kenny for the good psp converter!
i am soooo excited!
i managed to get my dramas into my psp!!
that explains why i am eyeing on the 8gb memory card! =)
looking forward to the next weekend
i am going to get my T2 camera if possible! =)
tmr will be the 6th week into IPP
am half way thru my attachment
another 5 weeks to go!
but i am hoping time would just stop here
or rather go back to the first week of IPP!
i dont want it to end soo quickly! =(

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY WEITING!

finally
the celebration day has arrived
we had a great celebration for mummy and daddy last night
it was one filled with love joy and emotions that we can never described
a pity junwei and geswin couldnt join us
many efforts were spent to make the celebration last night successful
even its tough, its all worth it =)
we settled at the new japanese restaurant located at city hall
it was a great restaurant!
love it!
went there w ebi jas yw yiyi to wait for the mummy daddy and also ber and yongxin who went to bring them!
mummy and daddy were surprised to see the rest of us
they didnt expect HIGH to be celebrating w them!
when all settled we went to get our food
the food was great too
but i believe the company was even better!
9 of us sat happily together!
eating and having fun
but the second half of the celebration was really the best of the night
got one of the staff to bring out the cake and the flowers for mummy
both of them were shocked when we just sang the birthday song while they were still enjoying the food! =)
after the birthday song and cake cutting
it was time for the presents
a time where emotions escalated and somehow tears were inevitable
it was really when daddy was making his thank you speech that we couldnt hold back our tears and it just flowed
yixia bernice and i really was looking forward to that moment when they open the present
the way they responded was really the best we all could ever imagine
both daddy amd mummy was controlling their feelings while flipping thru the scapebook
and daddy teared while making his speech
that was when mummy broke down into tears
and not forgetting the three of us - AD, DD and CD..
we all cried too!
i believed we scored an A for our present
thou the designs we did is nothing compared to our daddy wayne's (his is a designer)!!
now that the presents have been given to mummy and daddy
i can proudly reveal that HIGH have got DD(design director), AD(art director) and CD(creative director)!!
and also..
i would like to thank my HIGH gang siblings: -
1) yixia: for being the dajie of HIGH. never fail to help us organise outings and birthdays
and not forgetting for being the DD(design director) this time round for the presents! =)
2) bernice: for being such a nice sister of HIGH, helping yixia with all the various activities. and of course for being such a good AD(art director) this time round for the presents! and also for bringing mummy to us!
3) geswin/junwei: the brothers of HIGH! thanks for making the effort to pin down ur wishes despite not being able to join us!
4) yanwan: for being able to attend the celebration ytd and making everything successful!
5) yiyi: for the effort of collecting the cake! without you we wont have cake!
6) jaslyn: for all the valuable suggestions and of course being there for the celebration!
7) yongxin: for taking the effort to get daddy out of his house and bringing him to us!
