hey dearies!
am here to blog again
day 3 in beijing and i am sooo not used to it
probably due to the good place we are in - singapore
its really cannot make it here!
slept at 2am in the morning on the day of arrival
and woke up at 6am to prepare and met up at 7am on day 2
day 2 was a whole day out - sightseeing and shopping
you have no idea how much we walked
that isnt the bad part
the bad thing is the climate/weather we are in now
its almost summer, hence its pretty hot
but whats uncomfortable is the air here
its dry, humid and crazily DUSTY!
like what dewei said, 'beijing is nothing but dust!' opps
it was so bad that i had some difficulty in breathing the whole of ytd
we are all using tissues to cover our face but its like not helping
and the dry weather is making me have a bad throat despite the tonnes of water drank
and the food here is super oily and salty!
i miss singapore food and weather!
due to the oily and salty food, didnt eat much and hence gastric problem got pretty bad...
this is the bad thing of having gastric problems!
hope things will get better in a few days time!
miss ang brought us to the forbidden city (Gu Gong) and Gong Wang Fu
its really places of interests!
many history told, some were pretty boring and not understandable
but i enjoyed it! =)
then it was to a place where is similar to our 'clarke quay'
where pubs and bars are around and its like a shopping place too
didnt do much shopping
but managed to get something for someone special =)
chatted w karen on msn just
she missed me! haha
am in the lab now..
our project working days are from sunday to thurs
and its 8am - 4pm daily and sunday 8am - 2pm
waiting for 2pm now..
so we can head back to hostel and do some cleaning
then it will be FREE and EASY!
we had our small groups..
my members are really crazy ppl..
1) dewei2) puitong3) wilson4) jason5) issac6) wendy (my room-mate)7) myself =)its good to be the minority in the group
the guys practically plans everything and do it for us =)
like getting breakfast, buying water and locating places in this big place..
but dewei puitong and wilson kept disturbing me!
oh yes..

its meant for calling or sms-ing both in china and singapore! =)
