NEW SEMESTER! =)
first day of school today!
and it was pretty happening!
i was super early today in meeting those i had to meet!
meeting time was at 8.30am, but i reached at 8.15am
and ALL were LATE!!
brandon was late, sac was even later!
and not forgetting mr piggy! he was the latest!
by the time everyone reached YCK mrt, it was already 8.55am!
see how long i waited!!
met up with mr piggy cos he helped me with my timetable!
he printed it out for me as well as for the guys! =)

walked in to school together
brandon, sac and i were 6mins late for lecture!
but it was still within the 10mins grace..!
however the stingy PRC teacher we had said we have to come earlier next time!
after the first lecture on advanced database
we went for our first science module!
it was a project module - BIOinformatics Case Study
teacher was pretty nice and slack!
it feels weird to be attending and listening to science related stuff in a IT lab!
and i dun quite like the size of the new class, we only have 16ppl in class!
it was soo quiet! i miss my IT0608 class!
lesson was ended in an hour instead of two
headed down to the 'fish tank' to meet michie!! =)
she brought all her books for me, so i dun have to get any books this sem!
thanks michie for cabbing down cos of the heavy books! =)
headed to koufu to meet up with my beloved class!
had a good lunch together!
apart from brandon, sac and i, the rest were in finance
not forgetting clement who is in security!
and they already ended their day by the time we meet them!
so they had plans to go ice skating in conjunction of xinxian's birthday!
brandon was of course tempted to skip lessons and join them
our timetable for today was we had a four hours break before the last lesson!
so brandon was trying to convince me soooo hard to skip class with him!
thruout the whole lunch break he was asking me to skip class
michie, sam, kel and so on also tried to convince
in the end, sac also decided to skip class and join them..
so not wanting to be a loner in class on the first day today, i skipped as well!
okie.. i know its a bad bad thing!
a new record set, skipping class on the first day of school!
and what more the tutor is the stingy lecturer i mentioned above! opps
see how the three of us will die in tutorial tmr!!
so we headed to jurong east, entertainment centre tgt after lunch
all 14 of us! =)
went to the ice skating place and it was like 'wow!'
there were many kids when we were there and they were all like pros!
seeing them made yiming, kel, esther, sam and i wanna back out
and just head to KBOX next door! haha
but we went for ice skating in the end
it was first time for all of us except brandon, xinxian and sam
but only brandon and xinxian could ice skate!
so you could just imagine how pathetic we looked when we first started!

and i am surprised i could balance on it! haha
and of course took pics before setting out!

it was really bad when we first started!
the ice was sooo slippery!
all of us were holding on the railings and just gliding slowly
just picture all of us in a whole row, one after another walking slowly along the railings!
but as the time goes by.. or rather after 15mins of brandon's guidance
i managed to step out and move on my own!!
it goes the same for my other ladies as well!
the guys were pretty daring and they just started trying after they could balance!
and of course that came with sacrifices, they had bad falls! haha
we had a good 2hrs there
and by the time.. we all could skate on our own!
thou its still not very well done! but it was great effort i thought!
and thanks to kel and brandon who held on to me when i first started out..
and when i was about to fall! =)
at about 4.30pm
esther, kelvin, yiming and i came up with some reason to escape from the rest
and head to get xinxian a cake!
but we couldnt find any bakery around.. so we had to make do with some other stuff!

we headed to delifrance and got tarts and cake as replacement!
i was the one who came up with the positioning of it! haha

we waited outside for the rest to come out
and surprise the birthday girl! =)
so while waiting.. preparation was done!

they came out!
so we sang the birthday song!
and kel presented her with the box of snacks!

and not forgetting a single shot of the birthday girl!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY XINXIAN! =)
after which..
we headed to the neoprint shop downstairs..
as a normal routine of the class.. we took neoprints once again
having 13ppl squeezing into one machine!
its difficult but fun! =)
we took twice!
and will get kel/sam to scan a copy for all of us each! =)

xinxian and sihui headed off to meet their friend
and the rest of us headed to KFC for dinner!
and trained home after that!
it wasnt a boring journey home
cos i have got 6 NEL khakis with me! =)
oh yes..
take a look at the mini gloves we got at 4bucks each to protect our hands!
its amazing how this small pair of gloves can fit our hands!
be it the guys or the girls!

mr piggy went for therapy again and im home alone! =(
