had a bad sleep last night!
headed to bed at about 12plus but couldnt get to sleep in proper
tossed and turned around the bed till about 3plus before i finally get to sleep
but the next thing i knew was my phone alarm rang
yes, it's 6am and tine to wake up!
dragged myself out of bed and showered
headed to grandma's place
waited for uncle to fetch us to CCK for the 'qing ming jie's sao mu'
meeting time was at 7am!
a total of three cars headed up to CCK together
we stopped by teck whye for breakfast
and it's conincidentally, just opposite mr.d's house!
after breakfast headed to the destination
to pay respect to great grandma!
the cemetry was filled with different families
crowded crowded!
2nd sis, cousins and i did our yearly task
by placing the coloured papers nicely around the tombstone
and this year, i changed the way we used to place it
i told them to do it colour by colour! =)
and grandma commented its nicely done! HAHA!
when we went last year, uncles paid the cemetry guy 2K
asking him to help us with some re-furnishing of the tombstone
and also to replant the grass and soil..
so this year we were there to see if he did a good job
uncles were pleased with the job done
and asked me to take pictures! HAHA!
didnt expect that from them really!

and it was time to burn all the incense paper
and the 'clothings' 'shoes' 'paper car' and 'paper house' and blah we bought!
oh, we got a rocking chair as well! it looked cute!
and before we left
aunty did the packing and she insisted that everyone had to take a pau to eat!
so she went around distributing the pau to all of us
we had to finish that before leaving!
thats the mini pau we had before leaving!
after which, headed down to 'guang ming shan'
prayed again and then back home
showered once again
and headed down to marina square for an interview
at a jap restaurant (Azabu Sabo), introduced by junlong
he is currently working there and the restaurant is short-handed
waited a while after the form filling
cos the i/c was trying to look for people to work
as he was planning the roster!
he sounded like fierce when junlong passed him my application
he was like 'wait la, busy now!'
and junlong kept asking if i want to drink ice water!
HAHA!
anyway, thanks to him that i managed to find another job!
the interview was short and sweet
the i/c just started of by asking how many days i could work a week
i could like request for my working days!
and he went on telling me the pay
$5.50 for mondays to saturdays and then $6.50 for sundays and PH
after that
he was like 'okay la, wo hen shui bian de (means he is ok w anything)'
then he continued 'ni gen zuo jiu ok le (means as long as im willing to work then ok alr!)'
he just keep emphasing he is very 'shui bian'
and then asked me for my account number
and keep telling me anything just ask junlong..
a very friendly i/c that looked a little 'ah-beng' =X
now i can understand why he talked in that manner earlier on
cos its just him!
so i am waiting for the roster to be planned out by him today
and then know when i am on shift! =)
okay

im kinda sleepy now!~
