weekend was awesome, though i missed HIGH's outing!
not like i did something out of the norm or something fantastic
it was just another weekend lazying around, with people i love
it was mother's day
and hence both saturday and sunday's dinner
were spent at different family..
had mother's day dinner with my family on saturday
reason being sisters thought that mr.D had to book in on sunday night..
so no actual day celebration, but dinner was still good :)
and mr.D and i went for a midnight movie at11pm
spent some time over at sis's place, and as usual..
with mr.D and the girls around, they keep each other company..
and i was neglected! =X
the girls always have so much fun with mr.D
all his funny tricks and stuff...
caught iron man 2.
it was mediocre. but entertaining enough.
watched it at LOT1, and hence i suggested to walk back since its not too far a walking distance back to mr.D's place
and this silly boy of mine gave me the exact reply i gave him 2 weeks back!
cos 2 weeks back, we caught bounty hunter late at night too, and we had to cab
and the conversations went like this..
TWO WEEKS AGO
Y: ok, tickets booked. movie at 11.30pm, Jurong Point
D: why JP? Lot1 la?
Y: no show timings for that, why cannot be at JP?
D: go Lot1 then we can take a stroll back :)
Y: why? trying to be romantic isit?!
D: yup, can or not?
Y: too bad, tickets booked
SATURDAY:
Y: movie tonight at Lot1, 11pm
D: okay..
Y: we walk back tonight k, save cab fare
D: why? trying to be romantic isit?
Y: *STARES*
D: haha, okay la. kidding, whatever you say. :)
sometimes, he really got a way to irritate me.
but i love him still! :)
never fails to make my day.
sunday night was spent dinnering with mr.D's family
for mother's day as well as a belated birthday dinner for his mum..
it was quite an impromptu dinner..
as mr.D doesnt have to book in yesterday..
cos he needs to go back to TEKONG for 10days, starting today!
so he had to report to ferry terminal today instead..
thank GYM, that he is able to book out and not stay in 10days straight!
cos intially, it was told to them, weekends burnt.
a 10 day outfield at tekong, but now its outfield and lectures :)))
and something good happened this weekend!
i finally managed to head down to IKEA..
for meatballs and chicken wings!
it's been almost a year i last had them!
meatballs + chicken wings = love!
HAHA!
busy week ahead..
but i'm cool for it! :)
