it's been so long i last blogged.
anyway. last week of holidays for me.
and i'm kind of looking forward to work again
so i wont be lazying around and wasting my time away
but weekends were awesome.
spent it with mr.D and just mr.D!
he booked out on friday evening, like finally :)
and came down to look for me right after he got home and showered
we went for a midnight movie 'Sex and the City 2'
yes, i know it's a little too slow for the movie
but well, it's good still. :)
headed to his place after that for a stayover
and we woke up super early the next morning despite late night
got ready and headed out at 1oplus!
breakfast-ed and started our day right! :)
saturday, the 19th was a planned day for our 2nd year celebration
though actual was on the 20th, we decided to spend it from the 19th..
initial plan was that mr.D will do all the planning and all..
and YANQI will just do nothing!
but some changes here and there..
and we scraped the idea that he had at first of bringing me for dinner buffet at shangri la
because i think its too ex and i dont fancy seafood..
and he changed the dinner place to a place he think i will like..
with food that i will eat..
and yupp, nice place indeed!
i had a surprise for him which i'm not gonna reveal here..
after the surprise i had for him..
we headed down to my place and took the car keys from sis
and drove out for movie! KARATE kid, awesome!
after movie we just spent our time lazying around
and dinner time, he brought me to Timbre at Arts House
thank god for his reservation.. i was kind of surprise reservation was made despite him having confinement in camp! :)
we had good seats and the whole place was awesome
i loved the guy who was there to sing..
i loved the whole ambience..
i loved the fact that we could enjoy sea breeze while dining..
i loved the food and beer..
i loved the person who was there with me..
after dinner, we took a stroll by the river cruise and it was great too..
then we spent the night together till the next day..
and was back at my place.. for some presents!
apart from the iphone we have gotten for each other..
we decided to do something for each other for momento purposes..
and so, i did a 20min video clip, piecing up everything of us..
and our journey so far for the 2 years.. i was kind of proud that i managed to do that up..
but i felt bad after seeing mr.D's gift for me..
he is one who doesnt really know and dont have that much time to do such things..
he is one who find getting something i need is more important that getting something i dont need.. but i know and can see he's trying to do something for me..
he always made it an effort to do it and i loved it..
he went to make a mini photo album for me with all our pictures in it..
a mini photo album that i always wanted..
when i saw it, i was kind of touched, despite his busy schedule in camp, he planned all these..
and at the same time, he got me an
agnesB lanyard because mine spoilt.
it made me feel bad that i didnt get him a proper gift.
but he said the surprise and being with me was more than enough.. :)
though we didnt have extravagant celebration..
but the simple affair with him was great enough.
2 good years with him now, and i'm happy! :)
it's amazing how time flies..
2 years now, and still counting...!
